Bath and North East Somerset fund APEX Saturday workshops for their pupils as part of its endeavour to develop inclusive gifted and talented educational practice and provision. The school gifted & talented coordinator (Mrs Chidzey) is sent a term's programme a couple of weeks before the end of the previous term. Applications are made through the school but places are allocated by the authority. Each workshop has its own criteria as to age, level of skills, talents or abilities needed for participants to enjoy the session. So you need to check the details of the particular workshop to see if your child would benefit. If you are in any doubt please talk to your child's class teacher or Mrs Griffin.
